Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

As our products are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom made (such as special orders) and personal care goods (such as beauty products)-there are no returns or exchanges.  However, if there are any problems such as damage upon receipt, product stability before expiration date, etc. we are here to help!  Please take a picture and email us right away at wildly.infused@gmail.com.  Let us know if you are looking to receive a new product(s) or refund.  Once your email is received, we will evaluate your request and get back to you within 2 days.  We reserve the right to deny requests based upon the information provided/when email was sent and product(s) purchased.


Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
